grape flavor stronger, but muted overall, almost vegetal, flat and sour when cooled. probably try making no changes other than dose first.

much cleaner, not astringent

thick, chocolate, berry sweetness on finish, slightly rough finish, more blueberry after cooling

very smooth, slightly hollow, mild cherry (probably needs that shorter ratio and finer grind?)

rich chocolate flavor, surprisingly bright acidity mixed in
